So I could never find a shopping cart seat cover that I really liked so I decided to make my own, and boy was it easy. Anyone who wants directions on how to do it give me a shout-out.
I started out by sewing a big rectangle, right-sides together. Cut your leg holes and turn it right side out through the leg holes. Sew up the leg holes, I used the fleece to enclose them since fleece doesn't fray. Then sew a channel around the perimeter of your rectangle, make a slit in the fleece and thread your elastic though, tie off and gather. I also added straps to keep the little bugger in, and a few loop-de-loops to attach toys too. I am going to make a pocket for a sippy cup, but another day. I even made a bag to keep it in! Way fun and with the price of fleece so cheap (Right now it's on sale at Joann's for $3/yrd).

Of course, we had to go to my favorite store, Whole Foods, to test out the final product. Dylan was so amazed with the grocery store, he kept wanting to look up at the ceiling; and when we got close enough, reached out to grab things. The check-out line was fun too with all those items in close reach of little hands.
