2 Years

OMG I am so far behind in blogging. So much has happened this summer. The highlight being Dylan turning 2. He is such a big boy. He meausred 36 in at his 2 year checkup and 32lbs. His feet have grown too. We are on our third pair of sandals ( size 8). He is adding more words to his vocab everyday. My favorite saying that he does is " I got you" but he repeats just about everything you say. He has been ale to count  to five and then gets a bit sketchy after that. And oh my the pool. He can't get enough. He has a great life vest that keeps him very boyunt and he's pretty confident trending water a few feet of the edge of the pool!

So we were bad parents and didn't want to throw a birthday party, instead we went to Lake Tahoe for Dylan's birthday. Our lodge had a pool with aside that he couldn't get enough of.

Right round his birthday we also got him to give up the beloved binky. He took it pretty well with us saying binkys gone bye bye. So thank god that is over with!

Dylan got a "Harley" for is birthday that he loves to call his motorcycle. He tears around the neighborhood with it, aiming for anything he could hit.

Dylan loves his cousin Max, and he always asks where Maxie is. He also loves his girlfriends from daycare, Emma and Lala, which really is Isabella. He always asks about them and when he'll see them again. Also his new teacher at school is impressed he calls her by her name, Amiee.

He loves his stuffed animal friends, one day when we get a bigger place he'll love to have a pet of his own, but for now kitty is his BFF.

Another reason for my lacking in the blog department is my iPhone. I take all my pictures now with my phone, and  it's too hard to blog on my phone, and I am too lazy to upload all my pictures to m laptop. S now I have just emailed a few Dylan's iPad to use.
