Cannot believe it's been almost a year since Dylan was born. It has been such an incredible year. I love being a mom, and David is such a wonderful father. We're still nursing, though we are slowing weaning it's been difficult to give up the most amazing bond I'll ever have with him. He loves his food so that has made it easier to drop feedings. He will eat anything and everything, and babies watch out, if you're next to him, he'll eat your share too. At daycare they always have to sweep before setting him back down on the floor. Last week Dylan started walking! It's so amazing to watch. Each day he gets braver and braver. He loves to give hugs and open the mouth kisses, which I totally encourage even though I have to wipe the drool away.
One week left until I have a toddler! ACK!
